Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes - we offer fully custom builds for button sets, Joy-Cons, Switch Lite, and Switch consoles. To start a custom order, contact us at shopretrodealer@gmail.com.
Are your buttons custom made?
Yes - all of our buttons are custom made, not mass-produced. This ensures a unique look and premium feel.
Are all Joy-Cons and Switch Lites custom painted?
Not all. We offer both custom painted builds and high-quality custom shells, allowing options at different price points while maintaining quality.
How long does production take?
Production time is typically 1–3 weeks, but may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of your build.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping worldwide takes 7–20 days after dispatch.
Express shipping (USA only) takes 6–12 days after dispatch.
Can I cancel or get a refund after ordering?
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the custom nature of our products.
