Orders

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method

Once an order is placed:

• It cannot be cancelled if production has begun

• Changes may not be possible once the build process has started

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Update pricing at any time

• Correct pricing errors

Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

Production & Shipping

All products are made to order.

• Production time: 1–3 weeks

• Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier

Delays may occur due to demand, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

In summary:

• No refunds for change of mind on custom orders

• Faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults.

This does not cover:

• Misuse or physical damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Modifications by third parties
