At Switch Dealer, all products are made to order. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing (Production Time)

All orders are built to order based on your selected customisations.

  • Production time: 1–3 weeks depending on the product and build complexity

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Please note: During busy periods, production times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If your order has not yet entered production, contact us as soon as possible to request changes

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
