Can I request a fully custom design?

What can I customise on Joy-Cons & Switch consoles?
You can customise:
- Shell colour / finish
- Button colours and styles
- Overall design aesthetic

Can I customise Switch Lite or full Switch consoles?
Yes. Just like Joy-Cons, you can request custom colours, button combinations, and design styles. Contact us to discuss your build.
Can I see examples of previous work?
Yes - we can provide photos of previous custom builds and button designs. Just reach out and ask, and we’ll show you what’s possible.
Are all Joy-Cons and Switch Lites custom painted?
Not all. We offer both:
Custom painted builds (fully handmade and unique)
High-quality custom shells (more affordable option)
This allows us to provide options for different budgets while maintaining quality.
Are your buttons custom made?
Yes - all of our buttons are custom made, not mass-produced. This ensures a unique look and premium feel.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every product is handmade and made to order, with attention to detail in every step.
How long does production take?
Production time is typically 1–3 weeks, but can vary depending on:

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping (worldwide): 7–20 days after dispatch
Express shipping (USA only): 6–12 days after dispatch
Does express shipping make my order faster?
No - express shipping only affects delivery time.
Production time (1–3 weeks) remains the same as all items are handmade.
Can I cancel or get a refund after ordering?
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the custom nature of our products.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No - all products are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update it.
